Editorial Note
Last April we published the "open letter" on the left, which is self-explanatory. Since then we've received quite a few letters asking if RWG got in touch and when would we be publishing his story. The disappointing answer: no, we didn't hear from him and his story is still in the"orphan file." Maybe this second notice will catch his attention, but we think the mystery in of RWG's whereabouts will continue. Tracking down ever- popular Brenda (right) for another photo session was a mystery easily solved. Reports photographer Larry Caye: "When I photographed her the first time, she hadn't quite decided if she wanted to pursue a modeling career, but thanks to Cavalier's survey in the same issue, Brenda was named the most popular model in the issue and she has been gung-ho about her new career ever since. She calls me periodically and so when you asked for another session with her, she was right here and ready to go." There's no mystery why Brenda is one of our hottest models: all you have to do is look. But it will be a mystery if our new find, Chris (lower right) isn't just as popular. We asked California free-lancer Forrest Wilde to go beyond the "interview with a phone hooker" angle and come up with a behind-the-scene look at this latest fad. His report begins on page 26.
