Sarina began participating in several amateur modelling shoots and adult scenes on tube sites in 2007 under the alias ‘Alexis’. Sarina Valentina’s first professional porn production was for the trans site Grooby Girls in 2007.

Appearing under the alias ‘Alexis’, Sarina Valentina was photographed by Frank Drachman with whom she had previously filmed some of her amateur modelling scenes.
