She was Playboy's Cyber Girl of the Week in the 4th week of December 2005, and Cyber Girl of the Month in April 2006. She was selected as the Playmate of the Month for the November 2006 issue of Playboy. She is also known as Sarah Elizabeth Bowers, Elizabeth Sarah.

Also she has appeared in magazines such as Ocean Drive, FHM, Maxim and Men's Health, besides in August 2005 she was one of the Top 8 sexiest women published in FHM.
