Elan Carter is an American model and actress, born in Nutley, New Jersey. She was chosen as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its June 1994 issue. She has also appeared in numerous Playboy videos. She is the daughter of Otis Williams, co-founder, and last surviving founding member of The Temptations.
