She starred in the Las Vegas cabaret show X: An Erotic Adventure, has been a spokesmodel for a number of products, and was Playboy's Cyber Girl of the Week on November 13, 2000. Amy was also chosen as the Cyber Girl of the Month for March 2001 and later Special Edition Model of the Year for 2002.
