Playboy's Lingerie # 9, September/October 1989

We have no secrets. To prove it, we're about to reveal some of the world's most beautiful women wearing some of the world's most exciting lingerie. If you don't believe it, take another look at cover girl Eloise Broady, who rates at least an eleven in sex appeal. That would be true even if she wasn't wearing an adorable teddy, but the flattering enhancement of intimate apparel cannot be denied. On the contrary, it is more accurate to say that we are in the midst of a time of frenzied lingerie buying, spurred on by inspired use of a garter belt in Bull Durham and bustiers in Dansem. Liaisons. There is something undefinably special about undergarments; it's a pity they dwell mostly under other clothing. Pleased to be an instrument of edification as well as pleasure we proudly put our intimate wear on display in this issue of Playboy's Book of Lingerie.
