Editorial Note
As promised last month, we are able to present in this issue John Xavier's photographs of Tina, possessor of the most amazing pair of breasts it has ever been our priviledge to unveil. They measure 84 inches and are the result of a medical condition known as Hypertrophy. This is a hormone imbalance whereby unavoidable fats become absorbed by the subcutaneous tissues of Tina's breasts. It is a condition which a few score of women suffer from. Our photographs are soft focus to give Tina some degree of anonymity, because at the time of publication she is undergoing surgery to have her huge appendages reduced to a more comfortable size. All the more reason why these photographs will be treasured by Club International collectors who specialize in the various sexual abnormalities we have brought exclusively to the public's attention over the years. Our ladies are warm, willing, and wet. They're all yours!
