Tomorrow's Promise
I always have trouble connecting with characters in Radclyffe books. Her stories seem to be more about lust rather than love. She does really well with descriptions of physical attraction but fails to properly develop emotional connection. It's an afterthought. There's a lot of telling, they love each other or so the author writes but I'm not feeling it. All I know is that they want to fuck each time they see each other and most of the time they do. I value emotion more than physical attraction so I can't give this more than 2.4 stars.
Author describes hooking up with a new girl each night as "making love". Physical pleasure=/=love. I've read erotica books that are emotionally deeper, not to mention having far better sex scenes.
Can't recommend this one.
