Victoria: A History in Photographs
This has some really nice pictures. It also has some interesting mini-biographies. I did feel it didn't really hit the highlights of the cities history very well. There was very little mention of native tribes or Chinese presence, maybe four pages. Even the shipping industry which has been big, was not very comprehensive. Granted you can only do so much in this few of pages, but the major milestones could have been covered better.
