Global Intellectual Property Law

This is a very good book for second and third year law students and practicing attorneys. You do need a good background in basic 1L courses to understand many of the arguments in this book. Highly recommended for IP attorneys, and probably contains too much information for anyone else not specifically interested in copyrights.
