It is an interesting book and makes one think about being open to the world around us so we can experience all that we possibly can. You don't need to know much about Tao. The authors provide a basic background. And although the subject was about photography, these explanations can apply to any art form. It's a book I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their creativity.
