The Trials of Shazam Book

Given powers by an ancient and mysterious wizard, boy reporter Billy Batson need only say the word "Shazam " and he is transformed into the powerful adult hero Captain Marvel. Magical turmoil in the aftermath of Infinite Crisis force Captain Marvel to give up his role as Earth's Mightiest Mortal to keep the supernatural under control. Freddie Freeman, also known as Captain Marvel Jr., has been left powerless by these events, but is given the opportunity to take over the mantle of his mentor if he can pass tests administered by the gods themselves.
