A Time for Healing
This was a really good story,well-paced as the characters drew closer together and fell in love. The only two issues I found with the book were in the details. First, the foster teen, Billy had a tattoo. Therefore, I expected a boy closer to 15-16, not the age of 13 as stated in the book. Second, the timing of Hunter and Jaci's declaration of love seemed a little off. I realize adrenalin pumping situations have a way of bringing out the truth, but Hunter and Jaci's, themselves, we're noting danger. Instead, they were heading to a dangerous situation.
Otherwise, this was a good story of two people, haunted by their pasts, trying to come to terms with it, and learning to forgive themselves as they fall in love.
