Naughty Girls
Naughty Girls by Alisha Yvonne is about the complicated relationship of Ivy, Storm and Candy. Ivy is a single mother who is trying to get herself together and get back custody of her children. She lost custody because she left her kids home alone and a fire started . To make matters more difficult, she must free herself from a pimp named Storm.
I enjoyed reading Naughty Girls because it expresses a lot of drama and shows the sacrifices that the characters must make to better their lives.
Alisha Yvonne is an owner of Imagine This! Books Etc., a bookstore in Memphis, Tennessee. She is president of R.A.W. SISTAZ, a Memphis chapter book club.
I recommend Naughty Girls to all teenagers, ages 14 and up, because they won't be able to put the book down. It will play in your head like a movie and keep you glued to every page.
