Griffin Book

This review is for twelve full-color digital issues I read that I purchased from comixology. I picked them up during a slave labor graphics sale and was pulled right into the story. The artwork and costume/hair style design is definitely dated, but the story is so good it overcomes it pretty easily (well, except for the dude with the smiley face on his head and the two foot long spiked epaulets. I was consistently distracted by his costume). Vado does a fantastic job of telling his story in a way that doesn't feel rushed but still allows a lot to happen. And it has a very satisfying conclusion. I kinda want to read more about the Griffin!
