Pigs
This book was honestly more informative about pigs than I ever thought it would be. There are many different types of pigs than I thought, as well as names for even a pig who hasn't had piglets yet, and a different name for one who has! The illustrations were very detailed and specific when it came to all the different pigs and the various parts of a pig.
In the back of the book, you can read to your students the history of pigs, which is very cool, too, because who thinks about pigs first being used by people in Egypt?! I certainly liked this adorable pig book and would love to use it when teaching about farm animals and the likes.
