Detroit's Eastern Market: A Farmers Market Shopping and Cooking Guide
Expected to like this much more than I did. I'm interested in qualitative consumer research and thought this would be a good resource, but it seems to more of the author's personal observations than it does case studies, and is clearly a marketing effort for the author's company (he refers multiple times to the Customerspective[TM] Audit service they offer). Disappointing, although better than Beckwith's Unthinking: The Surprising Forces Behind What We Buy.
