From Workplace to Playspace: Innovating, Learning and Changing Through Dynamic Engagement
I am a little ambivalent about this book. On the one side, it gives some truly superb advice on how to run relational learning groups and the roles of leaders, facilitators and participants in each. On the other hand, I found it just a bit too emotive, the diagrams were not well explained and I would have like more detail around specific approaches. I hope the author does some more work along these lines, because I truly believe she has a lot of value to add to modern organisational theory.
