Religion and Politics in the Nineteenth-Century: The Party Faithful in Ireland and Germany
I wanted to read this to get the Serbian perspective of these events. I was disappointed, I couldn't even finish it.
It is very dry reading. The author sites so many "facts" that it's hard to get through a paragragh. Unfortunately, a great number of the "facts" are at least tenuous and at most inflamatory.
It does not read like history, it reads like propaganda. I was very disappointed. I'm Croatian, and I wanted to learn something to balance what I have been told. I'll keep looking.
