Rita Lee is an American Playboy model and actress. She was born on June 15, 1953 in Frederic, Wisconsin, United States. She was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month in November 1977. Rita was 24 when she became a Playmate. Her centerfold was photographed by Richard Fegley. She was the magazine's cover model three times in the ensuing three years.
