Azizi Johari is an American nude model and actress. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its June 1975 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Ken Marcus. She was the fourth African-American woman to become a Playmate of the Month. She is the featured woman on an LP by Leon Ware called Musical Massage. She is naked and reclining with her head and knees on the floor with a pair of male hands on her back. She is also the featured shot on an LP by Sun called Live On, Dream On from 1976
