Knitting Fashions of the 1940s: Styles, Patterns and History

A very good book that has the history of knitting during and just post the 2nd World War (mainly the UK but some information from the US and Australia as well!), then the patterns are shown with both the original picture and then the up to date one (and the patterns have been adapted to make them suitable for todays knitters), well recommended!
