Building Shelters, Fences and Jumps: A Practical Introduction for Horse Owners Book

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and the author's writing style, despite the wordiness and a somewhat convoluted, complex storyline. A political thriller, against the back drop of international politics and the arms-trade, it is a very intricate mix of fact and fiction.
Strong characters are the three main protagonists, two of whom are played against each other by the very clever and ruthless manipulation of a daughter trying to turn around a case brought against her father by the government. Her cleverness may at times beggar plausibility, but the plot is well-constructed and keeps you guessing up until the very end.
The heroine (Alley/ Allison/ Esther Rosenthal) is most intriguing and much about her is quite understated that one could possibly consider a second reading to be able to fully understand her motivation.
