Snowbound
A look at mega-church dealings through the eyes of a newly appointed minister. There's not nearly enough literature out there about the day-to-day workings of a church, let alone one with a following of thousands of people. So I appreciated the nuts and bolts approach to our hero gaining a place in the mega-church, then evaluating whether or not it was the world he was supposed to minister to. A couple of plot twists late in the game felt forced, but beyond that, God's Man In Texas took its time building one's man relationship to his faith and his community.
