I focused on the section regarding obsessive compulsive behavior.

One point take away: drugs can help with alleviating these symptoms, but the two drugs that show the most improvement in reducing symptoms are the ones that increase serotonin activity. I have since researched natural foods and lifestyle patterns that can boost serotonin levels.

He also defines behavioral and cognitive therapies; treating a patient using a combination of the two therapies has been more effective than either approach alone.
