While the fiasco of the 2000 presidential election is widely known (see, for example, Jeffrey Toobin's "Too Close to Call"), much less is known about the 2004 presidential election. This report gives the facts that lead us also to question the outcome of the 2004 election. Unless the public understands what happened in Ohio in 2004 and demands change of election practices, it is likely that a future close election will also suffer from plagued results. Nothing currently appears that would prevent it from happening this year, 2012.
