The book is helpful by adding to the discussion of the gender bias that is inherent In the church towards female preachers/pastors. By becoming aware and understanding the differences in hermeneutical approach and understanding, and the underlying psychological factors that contribute to a woman's delivery and the reception of the sermon, bias can be lessened and unity better attained.
