The Secrets of Cabales Serrada Escrima
Mostly focuses on stick-to-stick work, with only a few examples of hand-to-hand. The techniques seem to depend heavily on speed and attacking the attacker's arm- the logic of the "lock" at the end doesn't quite follow for me, but thinking of some of the ripostes and combinations could be a nice way to vary the rhythm of a fight in choreography. It's not totally clear to me what the "secrets" are, but it's a good introduction to the art.
