The third edition of "The Psychomotor Domain and the Seriously Handicapped" stresses the variables of physical development, motor development, physical fitness, and leisure time recreational skill development particularly as they relate to individuals who are severely and profoundly handicapped. The book, as a whole, includes materials which collectively address the following topics: Overview of the Mandate and Challenge; The Educational Team Approach; Testing, Assessment and Evaluation; and Programming.
