The Lovers' Book
Very repetitious and not quite what I was looking for. I feel like the target audience for this book is couples going through a divorce. While there were good messages in this book, it felt messy and heavily aimed at divorced couples.
The main message from Bill Ferguson is to take 100% ownership of the faults in your relationship. It takes two to make a mess, but only one to restore the love and set the tone for a healthy relationship. Focus on listening to your partner's needs and reduce the chance of a blowup by adjusting your perspective.
Nothing really profound here, but this book was a good reminder of the basics of being a good partner.
