The Prophet

This chapter describes Nouriel’s first encounter with the prophet, a mysterious character who leads him on a journey of discovery about the pending judgment of God on America.

Harbingers of the Kingdom

The prophet describes the experiences of Israel in the 8th century bc, including the nation’s repeated disobedience of its covenant with God, and the resulting judgments of God, unveiled through the manifestation of nine harbingers. He gives Nouriel a first seal, representing the first harbinger, and encourages him to seek and find the revelation of that seal.

The First Harbinger—The Breach

In this meeting with the prophet, he reveals the meaning of the inscription on the first seal, identifying a breach in the wall of protection that God had placed around Israel, broken due to the nation’s continued disobedience. He links this first harbinger to the breach in America’s own protected status, which came with the events of 9/11.
