When I read books on spirituality I often read some, pause, and go back to it. When I think about why I do this I believe there is something there that needs to sink in and I need more time for reflection. This is a beautiful book. It is the first time I've read Peter van Breemen but I've already have purchased another by him. I recommend it and hope you will give it the time you need to hear the depth of his message.
Just finished my second reading of this book! There may be a third read in my future. There is depth in its pages that I want to remember and heed. The title of chapter 2 is "We all need more love than we deserve" is a quote from philosopher Jorg Splett. How beautiful. May God's love carry us and sustain us this day.
