The $10 Gourmet: Restaurant-Quality Meals That Won't Break the Budget
I really liked the way that this book listed the ingredients that should be staples in your cupboards and fridge and then listed with the cost what the ingredients for reach recipes would be. There are some really interesting things that I wouldn't imagine could be under $10.00, such as shark steak. I like how there is a picture for each recipe so that I know what my finished product should generally look like and also to intrigue me into making the recipe.
