Tender Mercy for a Mother's Soul Book

I'm not sure why it took me this long to figure this out, but I've spent the last decade devouring professional teaching books with the hopes of being the best teacher I can possibly be. Yet only recently (I guess kids do this to us) did it hit me that this same principle should apply to becoming a stronger person as well. Of course I'll need some motivational reads to become a better person and mother. We are what we put our energies into. Hence the book list full of self help books :) Don't worry I'm not losing my mind...too much. I loved the analogies in this book. Especially how we need to fill ourselves up with love and joy before we can ever hope to overflow those gifts onto others.
