Reinventing ourselves after motherhood
I have been feeling overwhelmed with my options as a soon to be mother. Do I stay at home? Go to work full-time? Part-time? The hardest part is that these decisions are so personal and I am having a hard time finding direction from anyone.
This book has been very helpful. It is full of real stories from real women. Some of them went back to work after having kids, some volunteered, some stayed home full-time, but all of them found a sort of peace between motherhood and work. It is helpful to know that other mothers have made a successful transitions.
