From the beginning of time, people have pondered the existence of God, the nature of God, and God's relationship to nature. In Reflections
on the Nature of God, the editor of the perennial bestsellers, The Hand of God and Inside the Mind of God, delves further into the mysteries of the universe.
This time he explores the questions:
What is the nature of God?
How is that nature manifested?
Does God continue to take an active role in our destiny, or did participation end with the creation of the universe?
Reflections on the Nature of God presents new awe-inspiring images of the universe juxtaposed with spectacular images from nature here on earth as the backdrop for an exploration into the nature of God in the varying forms that the word "nature" implies. The thoughts and insights of a wide array of literary and scientific personalities encourage further thinking about the fundamental characteristics of God.
Exhilarating, provocative, and inspiring, the photographs and reflections in Reflections on the Nature of God make clear some of the reasons scientists are making room for spirituality in their exploration of the universe.
