I wanted to like this book as it appears to be a good source of information but upon reading several sections this morning I am absolutely appalled that some of this advice was even allowed to be published. Twice the author claims that rice and nut "milks" are appropriate substitutes for breastmilk or formula. This could not be further from the truth and is extremely dangerous advice. These products do not contain the necessary fats and other nutrients needed for a baby to survive. There are in fact warnings on the sides of these products for parents to not use them as substitutes.
