Nobody likes me!
This book is about a dog who tries to make new friends, but no one wants to play with him. He walks back to each animal that didn't want to play and asks why, he then realizes that it was just a huge misunderstanding. They all become friends at the end after the dog has cleared up the confusion.
This is definitely a must have for the first day of school; to introduce the students to try to make friends and realize that a lot can be misunderstood by accident. So don't be afraid to talk to someone.
