Mountain Partisans: Guerrilla Warfare in the Southern Appalachians, 1861-1865

I used this book mostly for genealogical research, but it gives a good overview of the New Jersey Regiments of the Civil War. Although no battles were fought in New Jersey, many of our men fought in this war.
