Monument Builders
An architectural survey of death-related structures of the 20th century--everything from actual cemeteries to monuments and memorials (even a museum or two). A lovely book, full of excellent photos. The introduction can be a little heavy to get through for laypeople, but as a book to read a few entries at a time, it's excellent.
