Interesting book about one of the more obscure, Francophone countries of Africa, its culture, customs and history, with a pretty impressive section on its more recent history, especially the dictatorship of Jean-Bedel Bokassa, who proclaimed himself "emperor" in 1977. He was later accused of cannibalism.
