Making Peace with Your Parents
Good, easy to read book with case studies -speeded through it but it made me think. As with any self help book you have to put in the effort to get the results, but I will definately re-read it to encourage me to put into practice his suggestions. One of his main messages seems to be need to heal yourself to enable yourself to treat others better and live a happy, satisfying life. I see the author has written many other self-help books and I shall be looking at these as he has a good common sense wisdom along with his obvious expertise in the these areas.
