Mom and Dad are resting in their bedroom before heading to an elegant ball. They've asked Eric to take care of Julieta, his little sister, until Grandma arrives. To keep Julieta from making too much noise (although she seems to be playing very quietly with her dolls), Eric comes up with a brilliant idea: How about trying the dress that Mom is going to wear that evening? Julieta loves it. They fetch the whole ensemble and go to Eric's room, where Julieta stumbles atop of the stool, yells atop of her lungs and the pearls from the necklace are all over the floor. "Eeeeriiiiiiiiic!"

Another book in the Eric and Julieta series. Starting to see a trend in plot where Eric complains about his younger sister Julieta and pretends to care about her. Then he gets his sister in trouble at the end of the story. His mom gets angry at them and Eric denies doing anything wrong.
Is this the kind of lesson I want to teach my children or students? Not really. But the illustrations are still fun and Julieta seems like a nice character. Too bad her brother is a jerk.
Otro libro de la serie Eric y Julieta. Empezando a ver una tendencia en la trama donde Eric se queja de su hermana menor Julieta y finge preocuparse por ella. Entonces se pone a su hermana en problemas al final de la historia. Su mamá se enoja con ellos y Eric niega haciendo nada malo.
¿Es este el tipo de lección que quiero enseñarles a mis hijos o alumnos? En realidad no. Pero las ilustraciones son todavÃa muy divertidas y Julieta parece un simpático personaje. Es una lástima que su hermano es un imbécil.
