This book is solid. Niditch utilizes fairly accessible language regarding a rather niche and/or hyper-specialized topic, all while addressing common themes and trends in contemporary NELC circles. Loved it. Specifically, I enjoyed her section on the "transformation of the female 'other'" (i.e., chapter 6).
