How To Outnegotiate Anyone
The VERY basics of traditional negotiating. Not much here. I was expecting a LOT more. Maybe this was intended for the completely inept. Also, the author, or editor, decided to put the most interesting anecdotes in footnotes and add them to the end of the chapter. Huh?! Later in the book I find out the author is an attorney. Only an attorney would write a book that way. Ugh.
One star because there has to be other books with much greater knowledge and depth. The car dealer negotiating info of about three pages may be worth something if the technique still works and the dealerships aren't aware of it, or not many people use it. If that's true, maybe two stars. I'm moving on to Getting to Yes
