History of the Science and Politics of Climate Change
This is a great book as an aide memoire for revision and the little mindmap at beginning of each chapter matches the way I try to organise my notes so it all seems to make sense.
Excellent for revision and essay planning, whilst it doesn't cover everything in detail it's clear layout and aforementioned mindmap should make it easier to remember all the elements of the tort you are studying.
Far better than the Nutshells on Tort
Doesn't have copious amounts of case law but covers all the elements. Only omission I could see is that there is not much on the narrow rule (manufacturer's liability) and related product liability via the Consumer Protection Act 1987 so you will still need another book such as the nutshells series.
