Well, I guess this is my last review of 2016.
I'm super disappointed, I couldn't finish my Goodreads goal. But there's always next year! I'm planning on buddy reading with my friend Nathalie, and we will be posting reviews for the books we read. I loved this volume, it was super interesting. I found the way the story was told was intriguing and enjoyable.
Mai is a girl who loves to tell ghost stories with her friends. One day, she walks into a house that is believed to be haunted. She accidentally breaks a camera and injures an assistant of a ghost hunter, nicknamed Naru. She is forced to be his assistant so that she can repay him for his camera, along with waiting until his assistant recovers. She meets many friends, who she soon acknowledges as her family.
I loved this volume just like the others. This is much more serious and bloody. There were parts in this book that were better when it was animated, because of the background noises and the animation. But I loved the different experience I had while reading this book. It was nice and detailed, and I learned a few new things.
I hope to read more in the year of 2017, in order to fulfill my guilt from this year. I'll be off and see you next year :)
