American education has declined since the 1960s when Libs hijacked it. Money is not the problem for at least three reasons. First, the money spent does not actually improve student learning. Second, real spending (meaning inflation-adjusted dollars) has increased somewhere between 3 and 8 times what it was 50 years ago with no tangible benefits. Third, other countries that perform much better on international tests spend less per pupil than the U.S. America must introduce competition into the educational system to lower costs and get a better product: educated children. School vouchers are the answer.
