Energy politics and Schumpeter dynamics
Many things mentioned in this book is a review of the reagan administration just 2 years in. However many things mentioned are still current today such as the cost of college tuition and the deterioration of public schools. Overall it was a good book but id recommend it more as a supplemental book to miltons previous book and masterpiece " free to choose" which is constantly referenced in this book as having more detailed information.
