I have some books written by Kentaro Kobayashi. He is a famous cooking teacher on TV or through the internet in my country. It is very easy to cook Japanese, especially DONBURI. My children like to eat Donburi so I read the book and completed how to cook easily.
I like his character according to TV-show. I am sure that he is friendly to everyone and cooks every day with happiness. Actually, my husband was able to cook Tamago (Egg) Donburi with the receipe of the book.
